1. Perishable Product Notice
Coffee is a perishable item. Therefore, we do not accept returns on any opened or used coffee products.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged.
You received expired or defective coffee.
The coffee is unopened and in its original packaging (within 7 days of delivery).
